Jack Erisman has been farming organically since 1990, and has developed a rotation that includes high value specialty food grade corn, as well as cover crops. His long rotation and numerous fields (he farms over 2000 acres) has the flexibility to deal with weather issues and market demand. Jack continues to experiment, and is happy to share information with experienced organic farmers as well as help those wanting to start the transition to organic. Field tours and review of equipment, seed varieties and more will discussed. Join us for a day of learning from an experienced and successful organic farmer.
