The Illinois Organic Program is accepting applications for summer 2023 undergraduate internships. Interns will learn about and participate in research in modern organic food production, soil health, and corn breeding techniques for regenerative systems. Internships may be extended for 1 to 2 years and continuing students will have the opportunity to conduct independent projects.
