The Illinois State Water Survey is looking for up to 5 summer field technicians. These could be students that are between semesters or someone that will be graduating this semester and looking for work.
Field Research Assistants will work with Survey scientists to conduct statewide data collection on Illinois streams in support of the IEPA Intensive Basin Survey program.
Activities will include collection and processing of hydrologic data.
They are looking for folks who could start on or before May 14th and are hoping to hire a field crew leader that can work full-time starting as soon as possible and continue through late-October.
The rate would be $12-16/hr (40+ hours/week are possible) and duties include
