The 5th Sustainable Agriculture Education Association Conference will be held on September 9th ant 10th in the heart of Oregon’s productive Willamette Valley and give sustainable agriculture educators, students, and advocates a chance to share and develop innovations in sustainable agriculture education.
Participants will discover how campus food systems are and can be utilized as a laboratory to enhance students understanding of the importance of sustainable production and the complexity of local, regional, and global food systems.
In the tradition of SAEA’s four previous conferences, this event will focus on networking and providing participants with opportunities to develop tools to take home to their campuses and communities. They would like folks to come individually or in groups to use the time to revolutionize sustainable agriculture education in your community.
