Equine Internships

Ground Work & Riding–no stall cleaning!

This position offers solid, experienced riders the opportunity to work with a variety of horses (training in ground work, riding, driving) in a ranch setting. No stalls to clean and no lessons to give. Experience with Natural Horsemanship is a plus, but is not required. Students may bring their own horse at no charge.

Sustainable Ag Internships

Pastured Meat Production & Veggies Too

This internship is ideal for students who wish to put their classroom knowledge to practice in the real world. They will learn about the production of meat and veggies as well as marketing via local farmers markets. Applicants must be able to safely drive a stick shift by Day 1 of the internship–no other experience is required!

Interested students should fill out and return applications ASAP as we have already begun to schedule interviews. There are two to four positions available for each internship. Applicants will come to the farm for a personal interview.

Sincerely,
