Representatives of the Local Organic Initiative of Carbondale (LOGIC) will talk about how they established a relationship to provide local, organic food to Southern Illinois University dining halls.

UI Student Farm tour and Open House
Tour the UI Student Farm and enjoy its open house.  The tour will end by 4:00, but participants are welcome to stay as long as they wish and enjoy food and conversation.  The open house ends at 6:00.
